Do you service non residential such as Parks Churches or Schools

All non-residential deliveries of bouncy castles or obstacle courses are required by Ontario Law to be done by companies holding TSSA Licenses. Castle Kid Jumping Castles is fully licensed and insured and are TSSA licensed to operate anywhere in Ontario.

Do you deliver your jumping castles to Toronto

Yes, We deliver and set up in the Toronto area, You must have adequate parking for a truck and trailer and the driver must be able to navigate the heavy equipment to the set-up location without obstruction. We are unable to navigate hills, stairs, or lift the equipment over any obstacles.

When will we know when you will arrive?

Be sure to include a cell phone number we can text and we will send assigned delivery and pick-up schedules once they have been finalized. At times during the busy season, we may need to deliver the day before or pick up the day after at no extra charge to you. Delivery schedules are based on all other customer's event times and the locations of our trucks. We will build efficient schedules leading up to your event date and send an automated message with your assigned delivery time right to your phone!
