Rentals are based on a 6-hour window you choose when booking residential deliveries. Depending on route efficiencies, setups may occur up to 24 hours before or pickups up to 24 hours after — at no extra cost during our busy seasons.
You’ll receive a text message 24 hours before delivery confirming your assigned delivery and pickup times. Pricing and inventory update in real time on our website. Castle Kid is fully insured and TSSA-licensed — no hidden fees, ever.

Large events, school fun fairs, and corporate rentals are custom-quoted based on several factors such as
equipment availability, delivery logistics, and staffing needs.
All event rentals use TSSA-licensed inflatables — required by law for any event
held off residential property such as schools, churches, camps, corporate events, and major festivals.
Because each event is unique, pricing may vary based on:
- Number and type of TSSA-compliant inflatables
- On-site staffing or supervision requirements
- Generators or power needs
- Delivery timing and setup complexity
Weekday discounts are often available for school or community events (Tues–Thurs). Saturday events are in highest demand, and pricing reflects limited availability of TSSA-certified inventory. Each quote ensures full safety compliance and the best value possible.
