Residential Deliveries Will Follow These Guidlines

🚚 Understanding Our Delivery & Pick-Up Process

We want to provide a seamless experience for you! Here’s how our delivery and pick-up scheduling works: While we often deliver and pick up on the same day, during busy months (May-September), the following rules apply to residential deliveries:

  1. 📱 Providing Your Cell Number: Please make sure to provide your cell phone number during checkout. This allows us to send you timely text messages with your assigned delivery and pick-up times, keeping you informed every step of the way.

  2. 🕒 Delivery & Pick-Up Times Will Be Assigned: We assign delivery and pick-up times based on location, logistics, and efficiency. You’ll receive a text message the day before delivery with the assigned times to ensure you're in the loop!

  3. ⚙️ Efficient Scheduling: We plan all our delivery and pick-up schedules by considering orders and routes. Once assigned, these times are final. To ensure smooth scheduling, please double-check that your order info is correct!

  4. ⏰ Selecting Your Rental Duration: You can select a rental duration of up to 6 hours or longer (for an additional fee). We deliver and set up your rental up to 48 hours before your event and pick it up within 48 hours after. However, we only guarantee the exact times specified in your rental agreement.

  5. ✅ GUARANTEED TIME Example: If you choose a time frame of 12-6pm for your event, we may deliver up to 48 hours prior. Your 6pm pick-up time will remain guaranteed at no extra charge. We might arrive at exactly 6:00 pm, or in some cases, return the following day to pick up – at no extra cost! Just remember, we only guarantee the rental for the times specified in your invoice.

1️⃣ Assigning Guaranteed Delivery and Pickup Times:

  • ⏰ When you place an order, you can choose specific event times that suit your needs, such as 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
  • ✔️ These times are your guaranteed slots, and we will do our best to adhere to them.
  • ⚠️ However, please keep in mind that in some cases, we may need to make adjustments to accommodate logistics.
  • 🚚 For instance, if you choose 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM, we may need to deliver two hours earlier to allow for setup and to reach the next event.
  • 🔄 Similarly, pickup times may vary; you may select 4:00 PM, but we might not be able to return until 6:00 PM for pickup.
  • 🛠️ Any adjustments will always be made before or after the guaranteed times you have selected.
  • 📱 We will communicate these adjustments with you to ensure you are fully aware of the revised schedule.
