We always recommend booking as early as possible — especially for weekend dates, holidays, or school fun fair season in June. Larger events should book well in advance so we can reserve the equipment and crew needed. Some of our major events book 6–12 months ahead! Booking early not only secures your favorite inflatable, it also gives you access to our full selection of options.
Yes! Many of our inflatables — especially obstacle courses and TSSA-certified units — are designed to handle both kids and adults. We encourage parents to safely join in with their children to share the experience and make lasting memories. While roughhousing or horseplay is never allowed, moms and dads can absolutely get inside and bounce alongside their little ones. It’s a safe, fun way to be part of the celebration!
Not at Castle Kid! We take pride in the appearance and cleanliness of our inflatables. Every bouncy castle, slide, and obstacle course is cleaned and sanitized after every rental. Our equipment arrives on-time, spotless, and photo-ready — because your child’s special day deserves nothing less. Our team is trained to inspect each item before setup to ensure it's safe, clean, and ready for fun.
We recommend kids wear comfortable play clothes and always remove shoes before entering the inflatable. For bounce houses with slides, socks are important — they allow for safe sliding without the risk of bare feet slowing momentum, which can cause knees or joints to jerk. Avoid any clothing with zippers, buttons, or sharp accessories that could damage the inflatable or cause injury. Sunscreen is a great idea, but our inflatables come with roofs to help block direct sunlight while kids play.

How do I book my rental online?
Booking your rental with Castle Kid Jumping Castles is easy and quick! Simply visit our website and browse our selection of inflatables, waterslides, and interactive games. Once you’ve selected your preferred options, you can check availability using our live inventory system, choose your event date, and complete your booking with a secure online payment. You will receive an instant confirmation email and text with your booking details, including delivery and pickup schedules.
What happens after I book my rental?
Once you’ve successfully completed your booking online, you’ll receive an automated email confirmation with all the details of your order. You’ll also get a text message 48 hours before your scheduled event date, with your delivery schedule, as well as any important notifications leading up to your event. Our team will handle the rest, ensuring your equipment is delivered and set up safely at your event location, so you can focus on having fun!
Can I make changes to my booking after I’ve confirmed it?
Yes! If you need to make any changes to your booking, such as adjusting the rental items or modifying your delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes, depending on availability. Keep in mind that changes made closer to the event date may require additional coordination, but we’ll work with you to ensure everything goes smoothly!

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my event?
Your safety is our top priority! If the weather conditions are unsafe, such as high winds or heavy rain, we may need to reschedule or postpone the event. We monitor the forecast closely and will work with you to find the best solution, whether that’s moving the event indoors (Large Event Space not residential) or rescheduling to a safer date. We’ll always keep you informed and make sure you have the best experience possible!
Safety Guidelines & TSSA Compliance
We proudly serve the Durham Region, including Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Bowmanville, Newcastle, Courtice, and Hampton. Additionally, we cater to larger events across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and beyond. For a detailed list of our service areas, visit our Delivery Zones page.
If your event is outside our standard delivery area, don't worry! We will deliver to larger events with a minimum booking value of $3,000, even outside of our normal zones. Feel free to contact us to discuss your event's needs, and we'll be happy to accommodate you.
Most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks have special requirements that require planning to ensure proper city licenses and insurance has been secured. Please contact us to discuss this in more detail.
