Yes! We will deliver and set up the bouncy castle and ensure that it is clean and disinfected before your party starts. When your party has ended, we will come and take down the unit. Set up normally takes about 20-45 minutes, and takedown is about 20-40 minutes. Please make sure the pathway for the bouncy castle is clear before the scheduled delivery and drivers have access to the setup location as we often deliver the day before or pick up the day after in the busy summer months but only guarantee you have the rental for the time that is on the rental agreement invoice.
We ask that you cancel 48 hours prior to your delivery date so we can continue to manage our business and the customers we continue to serve. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if the weather is determined to be bad we will issue a full refund or if you choose we can offer a rain cheque. However, once the unit has been scheduled for delivery, NO REFUND will be made. If you suspect bad weather, we ask that you cancel 48 hrs prior to delivery, We will do everything we can to manage the weather along with our business workload and so if the weather continues to change we will do our best to reschedule your delivery

We will even clean and disinfect right in your backyard when we deliver so you know it has been done. We use government-approved disinfectants to ensure a safe clean environment is provided for your family and friends.
Yes and no. We use only the highest quality products. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower, etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We. don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why you must have a responsible adult to supervise in accordance with the safety rules posted on the inflatable.
We are TSSA Licensed and can set up our inflatables anywhere within Ontario however it is best to discuss directly with us as there are many factors involved before we can commit to servicing parks
