📏 Measuring Your Space

Setup Area Required: 25 ft L x 21 ft W x 15 ft H

Please ensure your setup location includes a gate at least 42" wide and a clear path of 48" for delivery access. We cannot lift units over fences, stairs, or uneven terrain. Setup area must be flat and free from debris or overhead obstructions.

🌱 Surface Requirements

We prefer to set up on grass whenever possible — it’s the safest surface for children and allows secure anchoring and smoother cleanup. We can also set up on driveways or other hard surfaces when you select the correct surface option during online checkout.

We never set up on dirt, gravel, steep slopes, or stairs unless special arrangements have been made. We do not lift inflatables over fences, up stairs, or navigate tight or uneven terrain. If your setup may involve any obstacles or long distances from parking to setup location, please let us know at checkout and upload photos if possible.

This helps us plan accordingly and avoid unexpected time delays or additional charges during delivery. Our team must be able to access your yard quickly, safely, and legally without lifting heavy equipment over barriers.
