Grass is always preferred. Driveway or hard-surface setups are available when selected during checkout. Gravel may be possible in some cases — please send us a photo if your setup area isn’t grass or driveway.

For safety, the setup location must be reachable using our large delivery dolly. We’re unable to navigate stairs, steep slopes, lift over fences, or carry units through homes.
