Q) What is your Rain / Weather Policy?

There is no penalty for canceling your order due to rain or high winds as long as you cancel prior to our drivers leaving our warehouse at 7 AM the day of your event  by calling our business line at 905 571 0014. You must leave a message if we are unable to answer your call.  Castle Kid Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel any rental due to unsafe weather conditions.

If you have paid by Credit Card a full refund will be issued within 3 business days following the canceled event date due to weather. 

 Q) What should I do to prepare for my delivery?

Q) Do you deliver and set up?

Yes, Our friendly drivers will ensure each inflatable is set up and cleaned before your event. Set up time varies depending on the inflatable and set up location but normal set up time is between 20 - 40 minutes. Our drivers will return to take the unit down after your rental time has finished. 


Q) Do you deliver to my area and how much is the delivery charge?

Q) How long is the rental for?

Our rentals are based on a 6 hour rental rate however we ask that you provide us with the times you require for Delivery and Pick Up. We then build our delivery schedules from this information therefore if you select a 1 PM delivery time but we are in the area we may deliver at 11 AM. If you select a 4 PM pick up time we may not be in the area until 7 PM there will be no extra charges for early delivery or late pick up outside of the 6 hours you have selected.for early schedule your delivery or pick up oudelive    ii 


 Q) How do I reserve my inflatable?

Online orders are the preferred method of reserving your rental as this will provide us with all the details we need to ensure we have the most accurate details and information for your event.   We have LIVE inventory  so you are able to see what is available for your event date. Just select your event date and browse available products for that date.  Add your selection to your shopping cart and reserve your inflatable!


Q) How big is the inflatable and how much space do we need? 

You will need a clear minimum pathway from the road thru to set up location including any gate or doorways for the driver to safely deliver the inflatable this pathway should be a minimum of 40 inches Please see the product page for the inflatable you have chosen for full details on size of bouncer and space required for that specific inflatable.

 Q) What kind of electrical power is needed?

A standard 115 V 15 AMP dedicated household plug will do.  This will need to be no more then 100 feet from the set up location of the inflatable and no other items will be bale to be plugged into the outlet that is powering the blower.




Q) Are you Insured?

Yes.  We carry a 2 million dollar liability coverage policy.
