Booking Procedures

  1. Once you have decided on an inflatable, it is recommended that you fill out the booking form below to ensure we receive all of the required information from you.
  2. You can also simply email (steve@castlekid.ca) or phone us (905-571-0014) to confirm availability. 
  3. We will respond within 24 hours to confirm your booking.
  4. No deposit is required.
  5. We will contact you the night before to confirm delivery times. See our Zone Delivery Map for delivery rates. 
  6. We will deliver and install your inflatable prior to your event and then dismantle the unit soon after your rental time ends.
  7. Payment by cash or cheque is due in full at time of set up.
  8. Prices are based on a typical 8 hour rental day
  9. The inflatable will be set up and ready for your inspection within approximately 25 minutes from the time we arrive.
  10. It takes approximately 25 minutes for us to dismantle and remove the inflatable from the time we return.

Specifications/Requirements

  1. Unless alternate arrangements have been made, the site for the inflatable must be within 70 feet of an electrical outlet and the area must be on a flat grassy area free of debris.
  2. There must be 3 ½ feet minimum clear pathway (including gate) to access the location where the inflatable will be set up.
  3. The site must be free of garbage and debris.
  4. Our bouncers require a 2 foot safety perimeter around the inflatable (i.e. a 12x12 inflatable would require a minimum of 16x16 foot space. Please allow for a 2 foot height allowance as well.
