1. EQUIPMENT, RENT AND TERMS OF RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Undersigned, as Lessee, hires from CASTLE KID.
as Lessor, one CASTLE KID unit, identification #:____________________. __________. Blower I.D. #________________________.
The Rental Fee as stated above is payable in advance from the time of commencement, Start Time to End Time.
2. DELIVERY/PICK UP: To the street address specified above by Lessee (Customer). Lessee grants Lessor right to enter the property at the said street address ("Delivery Address") for the
delivery and subsequent pick up of the CASTLE KID unit.
3. GENERAL RULES TO FOLLOW DURING USE OF THE CASTLE KID UNIT: CHILDREN'S SAFETY DEPENDS UPON YOU. YOUR PERSONAL SUPERVISION IS
ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED. AS THE LESSEE OF THE CASTLE KID UNIT, THE SAFETY OF ALL RIDERS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. See Safety & Operation Instructions on
reverse side.
4. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:THE CASTLE KID unit's equipment is reliable. Should the CASTLE KID unit begin to deflate:
(1) The motor may have stopped, in which case, check the cord connection at the outlet near the motor, and remember to keep only the 50 OR 100 foot extension cord on the outlet (stronger
outlets are in the kitchen and laundry room).
(2) If the motor is continuing to run, check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage, and check both tubes at the back of the CASTLE KID unit for snugness; re-tie if necessary.
(3) If you can’t correct the problem call CASTLE KID @ 905-571-0014
5. SAFE OPERATION ACKNOWLEDGMENT: LESSEE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE HAS BEEN INSTRUCTED AND READ (ON REVERSE SIDE ABOUT AND FULLY
UNDERSTANDS THE OPERATION OF THE CASTLE KID UNIT THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT. LESSEE AGREES TO OBSERVE ALL SAFETY
PRECAUTIONS.

6. MAINTENANCE: Lessee agrees to return the CASTLE KID unit in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear excepted.
7. WARRANTY: Lessor warrants that the CASTLE KID unit leased under this Rental Agreement will be in good working order on the effective date of the Rental Agreement. THE CASTLE
KID unit is supplied and maintained subject to this warranty. Lessor's obligation under this Rental Agreement is limited to repair or replacement of the CASTLE KID unit when Lessor
determines that it does not conform to this warranty. This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied, and of any and all obligations and of all liabilities on the part of
the Lessor for damages, including, but not limited to, consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the CASTLE KID unit.
8. TITLE TO CASTLE KID:Lessee agrees to keep the CASTLE KID unit in his/her custody and not to sublease, rent, sell, remove from the Delivery Address, or otherwise transfer such
CASTLE KID unit. THE CASTLE KID unit will remain the property of the Lessor and may be removed by Lessor at any time after the termination of this Rental Agreement.
9. RELEASE/WAIVER/HOLD HARMLESS: Lessee shall be in charge of the CASTLE KID unit's operation, and is fully responsible for its operation as well as return of the CASTLE KID
unit in good working order. Lessor and its officers, employees and agents is / are not responsible for injury occurring to the Lessee or to any other persons using the CASTLE KID unit, and the
Lessee further agrees to hold the Lessor and its officers, employees and agents free and harmless against any injury or claims. The Lessee shall indemnify the Lessor and its officers, employees
and agents from / against any costs incurred due to claims from anyone and for attorney's fees and related costs involving the use and return of the CASTLE KID unit, should legal action
become necessary.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement constitutes the full agreement between Lessor and Lessee. Time is of the essence in this Rental Agreement. The receipt of the CASTLE KID
unit that is the subject of this Rental Agreement is in good working order and repair and this is so acknowledged by Lessee.
11. RAIN POLICY:DURING PERIODS OF SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS (I.E. RAIN, HIGH WINDS, ETC.), WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATIONS. IF
CONDITIONS ARE NOT TOO SEVERE WE WILL GIVE YOU THE OPTION OF KEEPING IT OR NOT. ONCE DELIVERY HAS BEEN MADE, PAYMENT WILL BE DUE.
YOU CAN CANCEL AT ANY TIME WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

WE ARE DETERMINED TO PROVIDE THE BEST SERVICE IN THE INDUSTRY. IT IS THE DRIVER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THE JUMP IS PROPERLY SPIKED DOWN AND IN REASONABLY CLEAN CONDITION. IF YOU FEEL THAT THE DRIVER HAS NOT DONE A SATISFACTORY JOB IN SETTING UP THE UNIT, PLEASE CALL
US IMMEDIATELY @ 905-571-0014.
SAFETY & OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
- There must be adequate ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES. The Adult/Supervisor should point out and make all riders aware of the Rules posted on the side of the inflatable.
- Blowers must be operated by adults only.
- In the unlikely event of a blower failure, evacuate participants immediately.
- In the case of heavy rain, thunder/lightening storm and or wind speeds exceeding 25 km/h. Unload and deflate the inflatable immediately.
- No shoes, Jewellery, eyeglasses or any sharp objects should to be worn by participants.
- Do not use “silly string” in or around the inflatable unit.
- No food or drinks allowed on inflatable.
- No pets allowed in inflatable.
- Inflatable will be anchored to the ground at all times with stakes or sandbags AND SHOULD NEVER BE REMOVED!
- CAUTION: Keep the inflatable unit away from open water.
- All riders must be less than 100lbs each.
- Do not exceed the recommended child capacity.
- Only Children of a similar size / activity level should play at the same time.
- The Following chart is to be used as a guideline only. Please refer to the information Plate provided on the unit.

- To avoid neck and back injuries, NO FLIPS, HANDSTANDS OR HORESPLAYwill be tolerated.
- No climbing the walls of the inflatable.
- ABSOLUTLYNO more than ONE RIDER sliding down slide chute at ANY ONE TIME. No climbing up the slide chute.
- Entry into the inflatable device should be orderly and in a controlled manor.
- Riders are not allowed to JUMP OR PLAY on the Safety Step. ( Located at entrance of Inflatable)
